Zucchinis Tart

Puff pastry sheet
Zucchinis
Tomatoes
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Fresh basil
Olive oil
Bread crumbs

Preheat oven at 350 degrees F.
Slice the zucchinis, put them in a bowl, sprinkle with salt.
Grease 2 baking round dishes.
Divide the puff pastry sheet in two, roll them in some flour, and place them in the dishes.
Prick each dough with a fork.
Bake for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, take a large skillet, pour some olive oil, then the zucchinis, and sauté for a few minutes.
Slice some tomatoes (3 or 4).
Cut garlic in little pieces.
Cut the fresh basil in little pieces too.
After 10 minutes, take the dough out and lay out the zucchinis slices.

Cover with tomato slices.
Salt and Pepper.
End with another layer of zucchinis slices.

Sprinkle with bread crumbs, garlic, and basil.
Sprinkle with olive oil.

Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve warm.
