Zucchinis Gratin à la Ricotta, Summer Recipe

 6 zucchinis from our garden
 3 – 4 cloves garlic peeled and smashed
 Fresh basil leaves cut
 1 egg
 5 tablespoons ricotta
 Grated Parmesan
 Provence herbs
 Olive oil
 Salt and fresh pepper

1. Wash the zucchinis and cut them in thin slices

2. Fry them in a pan with a little olive oil
3. Add salt and pepper
4. Towards mid cooking, add the garlic
5. Pour the cooked zucchinis in an oiled oven dish
6. Preheat oven to 410ᵒ F
7. Add the ricotta, the egg, a pinch of Provence herbs, a few basil leaves, and a tablespoon of grated Parmesan

8. Check if it needs some salt and pepper
9. Mix and sprinkle some Parmesan on the top
10. Cook for 15 minutes
