Zucchini Flower Beignets

For 4 people:
12 flowers, 1 cup of flour, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt, Tabasco

1. Mix the flour with 1 egg yolk, the oil., put a dash of Tabasco, mix in a little water to obtain a doughy consistency.
2. Let the mix sit for 1 hour.
3. Whip 2 egg whites and incorporate into the dough.
4. Detach the flower stems, and delicately cover with dough.

5. Dip them in the hot oil.

6. Let cook until puffed and golden.
