Yacine’s Tortilla

(Jewish Spanish Moroccan Recipe)
1. Cut 3 potatoes into pieces
2. Cut 3 onions into pieces
3. Fry the onions with olive oil
4. Cut parsley into little pieces
5. Transfer the golden onions into the pot
6. Put the cut potatoes into a frying pan with a lot of oil
7. Put the parsley into the pot
8. Add more oil into the fried potatoes
9. Add the 10 beaten eggs into the pot
10. Put the fried potatoes into the pot and mix
11. Pour this mixture in a frying pan on high heat
12. Use your hands to flatten
13. Turn it upside down
