Turkey Meatballs

1 lb lean ground turkey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs

Mix ingredients and shape into 30 meatballs, around 1″ across

Spray nonstick pan lightly with veggie or olive oil

Cook meatballs for 5-6 minutes or until cooked through and nicely browned on the outside on the stove or in the oven at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes. You will likely have to repeat the process for a second batch unless you have one big fry pan!
