Turkey Fillet à la Dijonnaise by Josh


1 lb turkey fillet
1/4 cup veggie oil
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tablespoon dry thyme
salt and pepper


Mix all ingredients excluding turkey fillet

Take a brush and slather sauce on fillet

Cook on the grill or barbecue on medium heat, 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until pink disappears

You can also cook the turkey in a pan in 1 tbsp of veggie oil for 2 minutes on each side
