Three Round Nicaraguan Breads from Verania


• 4 cups flour
• 1 packet yeast
• 3 Tablespoons sugar
• 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
• ¼ Teaspoon salt

In a blender called “Ninja Professional 1500 Watts”, pour the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add the oil.
Add 2 cups of water.
In a bowl that you have oiled, put the dough.
Cover with a clean towel.
Let it rest for at least 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven at 350 °.
After at least 20 minutes, make 3 round breads.

Sprinkle each of them with rosemary.
Bake for approx. 25 minutes.
