Tarte à l’oeuf by Candice and Laura

• Whole milk 1/2 cup
• Heavy cream 1 cup
• Eggs 5
• Sugar 2 Tablespoons
• Egg tart skins 18

1. Put whole milk, cream, and sugar together, mix them.
2. Add eggs to the mixture, mix them.
3. Pour the mixture into the egg tart skins.
4. Put them into the oven, 425ᵒ F for 15 – 20 minutes.
5. Ready to eat.
