Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients:
1 lb. pork sausage
4 large fresh tomatoes
white bread
milk
parsley
nutmeg to ground
1 egg
curry powder
4 garlic cloves
salt
pepper
chives

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a large baking dish
Cut tomatoes in half and empty the inside
Place in baking dish the empty skins
Prepare stuffing – mix meat with white bread crumbled and soaked in milk, the ground nutmeg and curry to taste, salt and pepper to taste, garlic, parsley and chives cut into tiny pieces and the whole egg.
Fill tomato skins with mixture
Sprinkle olive oil atop tomatoes
Bake in oven for approx. 20 minutes until golden brown on top.
