Spinach and Cheese Quiche

1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, well drained
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper


Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Toss cheese with flour in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into pie crust.

Bake for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
