Soup to Get Fit

recipe serves 6


1/2 green cabbage

3 leeks

2 celery branches

4 carrots

4 tomatoes

3 onions

3 bell peppers

1 turnip

3 garlic cloves

1 parsley bouquet

3 potatoes

salt and pepper to taste


Prepare all ingredients to be cut into pieces small enough for a soup

In a pressure cooker, pour all ingredients and cover with water. Add pepper and cook for 40 minutes.

When cooked, pass the soup in the mixer for approx. 2 minutes until smooth, then add a little salt, to taste. Get creative and cook with your own spice blends to add your own twist.
