Short Crust Pastry

Ingredients for a 28 cm (11-in) Pie:
· 1 ½ cups Flour
· ¾ cup butter cut in small pieces
· ½ tea-spoon salt
· 1 table-spoon sugar
· 1/3 cup water

1. Mix flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl
2. Add the butter and knead rapidly with the tip of your fingers
3. Add the water, and then make a bowl with the dough
4. Let the dough sit for 1 hour
5. Roll into a thin thickness or spread the dough, then put it in the buttered pie dish
6. Pick the dough with a fork
7. Add the fresh fruits (apples, peaches)
8. In the middle of cooking (350 degrees F): add the topping
Topping: Mix ½ cup sugar, 3 eggs, 4 table-spoon cream, drops of vanilla and 1 Table-spoon cornstarch
