Sand Roses

Children’s Recipe

Ingredients:

o ½ cup of butter

o 5 ounces chocolate (5 squares of the Baker’s semi-sweet)

o ½ cup of powdered sugar

o Corn Flakes

Preparation:

Let’s melt at low temperature in a saucepan the chocolate, and the butter. Mix all the time so the chocolate and the butter would not burn.

Next take the saucepan out of the stove and add the sugar. Mix well. Then pour the corn flakes until there is no more chocolate at the bottom.

Take a tray. Cover with Aluminum paper. Put drops of this mix on the tray. Place the tray in the freezer for 15 minutes so the sand roses become hard.
