Rice with our Garden Tomatoes

Ingredients:
• Cooked Rice
• 8 tomatoes
• Thyme
• Rosemary
• Grated Parmesan
• Olive oil

1. Preheat oven to 400ᵒF
2. Grease a baking dish
3. Put the rice in the dish

4. Slice the tomatoes

5. Put some olive oil in a pan and cook the tomatoes in medium/high heat

6. Pour the tomatoes on top of the rice

7. Sprinkle the rosemary and the thyme on top of the tomatoes

8. Sprinkle with the grated Parmesan

9. Cook au gratin for approx. 15 minutes
