Potato Salad

Ingredients:
· 3 cold and cooked potatoes
· 1 cup finely cut celery
· ¼ cup grilled bacon
· 2 Tsp green pepper cut in pieces
· 1 Tsp parsley cut in little pieces
· 2 Tsp green olives cut in pieces
· 2 Tsp cucumber cut in pieces
· 4 hard boiled eggs
· 3 small green onions cut in pieces
· Salt
· Mayonnaise to mix
· ¼ cup of mayonnaise mustard “Durkee Famous Sauce”

Blend the ingredients and let stand the potato salad in the fridge for a few minutes before serving.
