Potato Rissoles

Children’s Recipe


§ Mashed Potatoes (for 6 or 7 people)

§ 2 eggs

§ 3 Tablespoons of flour

§ 3 Tablespoons of olive oil

Blend the flour into the mashed potatoes, and then add the whole eggs. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Take an ice-cream scooper and put carefully a few scoops of the mix in the hot oil. When they start to be golden, turn them over, and continue cooking.
