Plum or Apricot Pastry


o 3 cups flour

o 2 egg yolks

o 1 egg

o 4 oz butter

o ½ cup sugar

o ½ teaspoon salt

o 1 packet of yeast (in warm milk + 1 spoon of sugar, let it rise)

1. Mix all the ingredients together. Add milk and flour as needed. More butter you put, crispier the pastry will be.

2. Let it rise for 30 minutes.

3. Use pastry to make about 8-inch circle mold with borders.

4. Put sliced fruit (apricot, plums, etc) on top.

5. Make the streusel: butter, flour, and sugar crumbled together by hands or a pastry blender.

6. Then put the streusel on top.

7. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25 minutes.
