Pizza Crèpes

6 crèpes

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/2 cup tomato sauce

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/4 teaspoon basil

1/4 cup pepperoni cut into thin slices

1/4 cup sliced mushrooms

3/4 cup grated Mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Brush crèpes with oil and spread with tomato sauce.

Sprinkle with herbs and top with pepperoni, mushrooms and cheese.

Broil until bubbly.
