Moules au Vin Blanc (Mussels with White Wine)

1. Wash the mussels and discard the open or broken ones
2. Cut some shallots in little pieces
3. Chop the parsley
4. Pour the mussels in a large saucepan
5. Cook on high – 5 -10 minutes max
6. Add some dry white Bordeaux wine
7. Add the shallots
8. Mix the whole time
9. Add a few pieces of cut butter
10. Add the parsley before serving
11. Discard the closed mussels
