Moelleux au Chocolat By Tatianna

• 8 ounces dark, sweet cooking chocolate
• 8 ounces butter
• 6 eggs at room temperature
• 1-1/4 cups sugar
• 1 cup all purpose flour

1. Preheat oven to 350ᵒF
2. Place the chocolate and the butter in the top of a double boiler and melt over simmering water, stirring to blend. Set aside to cool slightly
3. Using a pastry brush, thoroughly coat the inside of a cake pan with a little melted butter
4. Beat the eggs with the sugar until light yellow and airy (about 2 minutes with a had held mixer). Beat in the melted chocolate and butter and then the flour. Mix together until just
blended completely
5. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for approx. 30 – 40 minutes. Check with a knife or a toothpick
6. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly. Run a knife along the outside edge of the pan, then serve out onto individual plates
