Mango Salsa

A small jar of pickles

A few tomatoes

Some watercress

Persian cucumbers

A bunch of green onions

1 red onion

1 shallot

Cayenne Pepper Sauce like Frank’s Redhot

Organic olive oil

3 limes

3 mangos

Celtic sea salt

Black pepper

Fresh mint

1/3 cup pepperoncini

Cut each ingredient in very little pieces.

In a very big salad bowl: mix the pickles, tomatoes, watercress, Persian cucumbers, green onions, red onion, shallot, mangos, and pepperoncini.

Add 2 tablespoons of Frank’s Redhot. Sprinkle with the lime juice, the mint, and the olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
