Macaroni and Cheese by Jenna

Ingredients:

24 oz small macaroni noodles

1.5 cups flour

1 stick butter

4 cups milk

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 block Velveeta cheese

½ cup parmesan

Pepper to taste

Directions:

Boil water and cook macaroni, place macaroni in ungreased 9×13 pan

In separate pot combine milk, flour and butter for white sauce. Stir continuously until thick and bubbly

Cut up entire Velveeta block and gradually add into white sauce mixture, stirring continuously

After all Velveeta has been added and melted, add 1 cup cheddar and stir mixture until texture is gooey and even, then mix in the parmesan

Combine cheese sauce and macaroni in a 9×13 pan, stirring to coat macaroni evenly with cheese.

Sprinkle remaining cup of cheddar on top of mixture

Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes

Enjoy! Accompany with meat or vegetables
