Lily’s Japanese Cookies


1 egg
2/3 cup sifted flour
1/3 cup sugar
7 tablespoons + 1/3 tablespoon butter
White morsels chocolate

1. Preheat oven to 345ᵒF
2. Warm up the butter
3. In a bowl, add the sugar, the butter and the egg
4. Mix
5. Add the sifted flour and mix
6. Then pour the dough into the pastry bag and fill the molds
7. Bake for approx. 15 minutes

8. Take some white chocolate morsels and melt them in the microwave for 1 minute
9. Mix to make it creamy
10. Spread it on the cookies
