Lebanese Shakshooka

Omelet with tomato, onion, and parsley

1. 2 onions: cut into small pieces
2. 6 tomatoes: cut into small pieces
3. 1 bunch parsley: cut into small pieces
4. Heat olive oil in a big pan
5. Put the onions, tomatoes, & parsley. Mix well until the onions turns yellow
6. Add 12 mixed fresh eggs to the pan. Mix well
7. Serve in pita bread
8. Add salt, pepper, olives, or pickles to your taste
