Kevin’s Grandmother’s Ganses “Les Recettes du Midi”

Les Ganses du Midi

• 1 cup of flour
• 3 egg yellows
• 3/8 cup white sugar
• a pinch of salt
• 4 Tablespoons orange blossom water flowers

Mix the flour, egg yellows, sugar, salt and orange blossom water flowers.
Let rest for 1 hour.
Heat the oil in the fryer.
Then roll the dough to make it thin.
Cut out in various shapes approx. 3 inches long.
Put them in the fryer until the Ganses become golden.
Drain and sprinkle powdered sugar.
