Indian Chicken Recipe by Nita Khatter


2 1/2 Lb Skinless Chicken cut into pieces

1 Tbsp each – Turmeric Powder, Red Pepper, Black Pepper, Cumin Seed, Salt

2 Tbsp – Coriander Powder

2 Onions

Fresh Ginger – diced

6 Garlic Cloves

1/2 Cup Olive Oil

1 Can Tomatoes

Pot of Rice to accompany dish – from Rice Cooker or Stovetop


1. Mix onions, ginger, garlic and oil with cumin seed in saucepan over medium heat.

2. When browned, add tomato sauce and red pepper, turmeric powder, black pepper, salt and coriander powder.

3. Add chicken and cook.

4. Prepare rice in desired fashion.

5. Serve chicken dish over rice.
