Gravy Crispy Small Potatoes by Laura and Tony


small potatoes
chili powder
Black pepper
green onions
soup stock


1. wash and brush the potatoes
2. slice the green onions
3. melt butter into a pan
4. add the small potatoes into the pan
5. pour the broth over the potatoes, bring to a boil
6. cover and simmer for about 20 minutes until the potatoes get soft
7. turn off the heat
8. flatten softly the small potatoes with a spatula
9. heat up again the potatoes, add the salt
10. cook on high heat until the juice is completely absorbed
11. reduce the heat to low
12. add more butter and fry the potatoes on all sides
13. add the chili powder
14. add the black pepper
15. fry the potatoes
16. sprinkle the sliced green onions on top the small potatoes
17. serve
