Gianmaria’s Italian Pasta

Ingredients:

Fresh Noodle Pasta (approx. one regular box)

Olive Oil

3 cloves Garlic

Chili crushed

Rock Salt

Directions:

Boil Water and add salt. Let boil for 3 minutes longer, add noodles

Cook noodles for 5 minutes to al dente

During noodle cooking, peel garlic cloves. Cut cloves in half each and remove green stem.

Pour and heat olive oil in a pan so pasta can bathe in it.

Put cloves in olive oil.

Sprinkle chili in mixture.

Remove garlic after a few minutes.

Drain noodles and put them in the pan with olive oil and chili.

Mix well and serve warm!
