German Apple Pancakes

· 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
· 4 tsps sugar
· ½ tsp salt
· 8 eggs, lightly beaten
· 1 cup milk

For Sautéed Apples:
· 2 tbsps sugar
· ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
· ½ unsalted stick butter
· 2 green granny smith apples

1. Mix all of the ingredients into a large bowl
2. preheat oven to 350 degrees
3. Take a 9/13 size pan, make sure the pan is buttered, then pour the batter in and cook for 30 minutes
4. while the batter is cooking: peel, core, and slice the apples into thin slices
5. Then butter a frying pan and mix the sliced apples with ground cinnamon and sugar
6. Cook the apples until soft
7. After the batter is done cooking, pour the apples over the bread and allow cooling for a few minutes
8. Then enjoy with powdered sugar or syrup
