Galette with Fried Egg

Prepare dough as if you were making crepes but use wheat flour instead of all purpose flour. The dough should be a little thicker than for crepes so lessen the quantity of milk
Fried egg and galette are cooked separately on a large cast iron pan or on two frying pans.
Once egg white is firm, lift onto the galette. Fold galette into interesting and attractive square.
These tasty are popular in France and can be filled with ham, fried egg, sausage, cheese, vegetables or fish.
