Gabrielle’s Quiche Lorraine

• 2 puff pastry sheets
• 1 LB bacon
• 1 pack grated Italian cheese
• 1 pack grated Parmesan
• 3 eggs
• 2/3 cup milk
• 2/3 cup heavy cream
• salt
• pepper
Preheat oven to 350ᵒ degrees F.
Unroll the pastry and place it in a pie dish.
Prick the bottom with a fork.

Cut the bacon in pieces and fry it.

Meanwhile, mix the beaten eggs, milk and cream, salt and pepper.

Once the bacon browned, place it on the pastry.
Pour over the egg mixture.

Sprinkle the Italian cheese, then the Parmesan (you don’t have to add cheese). It is up to your taste. Gaby and her classmates love cheese.

Bake for 30 min.
