Fried Pizza

Sprinkle 1 packet of active dry yeast over warm water (105 to 115 degrees F). Let stand 1 minute. Stir until the yeast dissolves

2. In a large bowl pour 3 cups all- purpose flour

3. Add 2 teaspoons salt

4. Add the yeast mixture and stir until a soft dough forms

5. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead, adding more flour if necessary, until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes

6. Lightly coat the large bowl with oil. Place the dough in the bowl

7. Oil the top of the dough

8. Turn the bowl upside down and let rise overnight

9. Flatten the dough with your fist. Cut the dough into 4 to 6 pieces and shape the pieces into balls. Dust the tops with flour.

10. Place the balls on a floured surface and cover each with plastic wrap. Let rise for another 40 minutes

11. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan

12. Shape the mini pizzas and bring them one by one into the frying pan for a few minutes until cooked

13. Take the pizza out of the frying pan to your plate

14. Add your favorite toppings
