French Waffles

• 2 cups flour
• 4 eggs separated
• 1 cup milk
• pinch of salt
• 1 teaspoon yeast

1. Warm up the milk
2. Add the yeast in the warm milk and stir
3. In a medium bowl, put in the flour
4. Put salt in flour and mix
5. In the middle of the flour pour the 4 yolks
6. Pour the warm milk with yeast blended
7. Mix
8. Whisk the egg whites until stiff and glossy

9. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold the whites into the dough
