Flan

· 10 eggs
· 1 can condensed milk
· 4 tablespoons of sugar
· 1 can hot water
· 2 can cold water
· ½ teaspoon vanilla

Procedure:

First, eggs are stirred up preferably more yolk, less white
Then, milk is added and kept being mixed thoroughly
Next, sugar is added in the mixture together with some vanilla
After that, a can of hot water and 2 cans of cold water are poured into respectively
Finally, the mixture is baked in the oven heated around at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes
The Flan should be eaten when it’s cold
