Evelyne’s Beignets de fleurs de courgettes

You need besides the zucchini flowers found in your garden or at the market:

About 1 cup of flour, 1 pinch of salt, parsley, basil, beer, milk, and vegetable oil for frying.

Evelyne's Beignets Preparation

Prepare the dough: in a medium bowl mix all the above ingredients. The parsley and basil should be cut in little pieces. Add the milk and beer slowly, making sure the dough is not too thick, neither too liquid, a perfect dough for beignets.

Wash the flowers, dry, and cut the stalks.

Dip the flowers into the dough and fry in a deep pan.
