Easy Madeleines

approx. 20 madeleines

3/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 stick unsalted butter
2 eggs
Vanilla extract

Preheat oven at 325 F. Mix sugar and eggs in bowl.
Add flour, vanilla and mix.
Add the butter after softening and mix well.
Butter and lightly flour the madeleine’s cases. Fill them 2/3 the way full.
Put in oven for 10-15 minutes.
