Crêpes for 12 People

· 2 cups of flour
· 2 eggs
· Drops of pure vanilla extract
· 1 tablespoon of sugar
· Salt
· Drops of olive oil
· Drops of lemon juice or orange juice
· 1 cup of milk
· 2 cups of water

Mix all ingredients while you slowly stir in 2 cups of water until blended. Pour about 1/3 cupfuls each onto a hot pan. Cook until edges are dry, and then flip it over onto the other side. Cook until golden.
You can eat crepes with powdered sugar, fruit preserves, strawberries, Nutella, or, and vanilla ice-cream ….
