Crêpes à la lavande (Lavender Crepes)

Ingredients:

  • 4 ¼ cups milk
  • 13 lavender flowers
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • ½ pack of fast rising yeast

Directions:

  1. Pour the milk in a large saucepan, warm it up, then add the lavender flowers
  2. Let it sit for a couple of hours (3 -5)
  3. Make a well in the flour
  4. Add the yeast, the sugar, the salt, mix, then add the whole eggs and the oil
  5. Add the milk that you filter from the flowers

6. Let the batter rest for 1 h, then make your crepes
