Cornbread

Ingredients:

1 cup of flour

¾ cup of cornmeal

1 tablespoon of baking powder

2 teaspoons of sugar

2 beaten eggs

1 cup of milk

¼ cup of corn oil

1 can of creamed corn

Directions:

Mix all of the ingredients together, and bake in a well-oiled pan. Bake in a preheated oven of 400 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. This recipe can easily be doubled, but increase the pan size and double the cooking time! Serve with honey butter!

Honey Butter:

1 stick of soft butter

1/3 cup of mild flavored honey

Directions:

Mix together the ingredients and refrigerate butter. Do not use margarine – this mixture will not work, except on butter. It stores well in the refrigerator.
