Cookies au Chocolat


1 1/2 cup of flour / 3/4 teaspoon baking soda / 1 pinch of salt / 3/4 cup sugar / 1 cup butter / 1 egg / 1 cup dark Lindt chocolate

1. Mix the flour with the baking soda. Shape a well in the flour and put in the salt, the sugar, the butter cut in pieces, and the whole egg. Mix vigorously until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Cut the chocolate in little pieces. Add the chocolate to the dough.

2. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, scoop tablespoons of the dough on the pan. Space them well, and flatten them with your fingers or the back of the spoon.

3. Bring the sheet in the freezer for 10 minutes, then bake at 320ᵒF for 15 to 17 minutes.

4. Once outside the oven let cool for a few minutes, then serve the cookies hot or warm.
