Chocolate Cake

Children’s Recipe

Ingredients:

3 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 cup plain yogurt

1 cup sunflower oil

1 packet yeast

Drops of vanilla

2 cups flour

7 tablespoons powdered good quality chocolate

Preparation:

Beat the eggs. Add the sugar, the yogurt, and the vegetable oil. Mix well, and then add the yeast, vanilla, chocolate, and the flour. The dough should be creamy, but not too liquid.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a round deep baking dish.

Cook for approx. 30 minutes or until done.

In the meantime, melt 6 squares of semi-sweet Baker’s chocolate (or 2 chocolate bars), turn off the heat. Then mix in some heavy cream. You could cover the cake with this chocolate mix, and serve with cold whipping cream.
