Cherry Clafoutis

1. Ingredients
· 2 lbs of cherries
· 3.5 oz of flour
· 3 oz of sugar
· 3 drops of vanilla extract
· 4 eggs
· 250 mL of milk

2. Steps
· Preheat the oven at 450 degrees F for 15 minutes
· Cut the cherries in half and take out the pits
· Add eggs into the bowl with the flour, sugar, vanilla extract, milk and salt
· Whisk until all lumps are gone
· Add cherries
· Whisk lightly
· Put into the oven and leave in for 45 minutes
· When done, leave out for 15 minutes for cooling

3. Extras
· You may use apricots instead of cherries
· Vanilla ice cream is a good addition
· Whipped cream is a good addition
