Cheese-Chili Oven Omelet

· 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
· 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
· 11/2 milk
· 3 tbsp. Flour
· ½ tsp. Salt
· 3 eggs

Layer Cheddar Cheese, chilies, and Monterey Jack cheese in a greased square baking dish (8 x 8 in). Beat milk, flour, salt and eggs. Pour over cheese mixture. Cook uncovered in 350 degrees oven until set in center and top is golden brown about 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
