Chaussons aux Abricots

For 3 chaussons:
1 pre-made pastry sheet
Apricot preserves
Butter to grease baking dish
One egg

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F
Flatten dough, cut into 3 big rectangles
Spoon apricot preserve in center of each rectangle
Fold rectangle into two to enclose preserve
Place the chaussons on the buttered baking dish
Beat egg with fork in a small bowl
Spread egg mixture with kitchen brush on each chausson, so it becomes golden
Cook in oven for 20 minutes
