Cees’s Nutella Cookies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup Nutella
1 egg
vanilla drops
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350ᵒF
2. Beat the butter on low speed with an electric mixer
3. Add in both sugars and beat on high speed about 3 minutes until light and fluffy
4. Add the egg and vanilla
5. Beat on low speed
6. Add the Nutella
7. Mix well
8. In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt

9. Add the chocolate mixture to the flour and mix on low speed until incorporated

10. Increase to medium speed until the dough is smooth
11. Fold in the chocolate chips
12. Grease a cookie sheet or put a parchment paper
13. Place balls of dough on the cookie sheet using a teaspoon
14. With left over dough you could fill a cookie tin

15. Bake approx. 7 minutes
16. Cool about 5 minutes
