Tetsu’s Summer Smoothie

• 1 mango seeded, and chopped • 1 banana peeled, and sliced • 1 cup orange juice with pulp • 1 cup Greek vanilla nonfat yogurt • Ice • Blender Put ice, mango, banana, orange juice, and yogurt in the blender. Blend until it becomes a summer smoothie! Enjoy!

From Zach Cook Ingredients: 1 cup boiling water 1 cup hot milk 2 tablespoons instant espresso coffee Ground cinnamon or nutmeg Sugar (optional) Put water, milk, and coffee into blender container.
