Carolina’s Italian Linguine

1. Sauce to marinate the day before:

• 1 onion cut in very small pieces
• 1 branch of celery cut in very small pieces
• Half of a whole garlic cut in small pieces
• Olive oil

Sauté in a pan.

Add can Hunt’s tomato sauce 29 oz.
Add salt, sugar, and a couple of laurel bay leaves.

2. Barilla linguine:

• water and salt in a big pot
• Boil
• Add the pasta
• Stir and cook until done
• Drain
• Back to the big pot
• Add the sauce and mix

Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
