Cappuccino

Ingredients:

1 cup boiling water

1 cup hot milk

2 tablespoons instant espresso coffee

Ground cinnamon or nutmeg

Sugar (optional)

Put water, milk, and coffee into blender container.

Cover; blend at low speed until combined.

Top each serving with a sprinkling of cinnamon. Serve sugar separately. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
