Blackberry-Raspberry Hand Pies Made by Our 2013 Period 6 Class

1. Roll out Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets dough
2. Cut strips with a pizza wheel
3. Preheat oven to 375 ᵒ F
4. In center of bottom half of each rectangle strips mound a blackberry-raspberry-granulated sugar-cornstarch mixture
5. Brush edges with egg wash (1 egg whisked with some milk)
6. Fold top of each strip over berry mixture and press firmly to seal
7. Trim bottom edges
8. Make slashes to let steam escape.
9. Lightly brush pies with egg wash
10. Bake 30 minutes until pies are lightly golden
