Blackberry Crisp

Use a square baking dish or pie pan / 350 degrees oven

Ingredients:
· 6 containers of fresh blackberries (6-8 cups)
· 2 tablespoons of tapioca
· 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
· 11/4 cups sugar
· 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
· 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Topping:
· 1 cup of oats
· ½ cup flour
· ½ cup brown sugar
· 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
· ½ cup soften butter
· ½ chopped nuts (pecans)

Mix together and sprinkle on top of berries. Refrigerate. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 -55 minutes.
